These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VrtyQ application and website (the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
VrtyQ provides product information management (PIM), digital asset management (DAM), and AI-assisted content tools that integrate with your Shopify store. Features and availability may change over time as we improve the Service.
You must have an active Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your store and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Service.
You retain all rights to your product data, images, and other content ("Your Content"). You grant VrtyQ a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including sending content to AI providers when you use AI features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload and process.
AI features produce suggestions that may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it. VrtyQ does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, use it to process unlawful content, or exceed the access granted by your Shopify permissions.
The Service integrates with Shopify and, optionally, third parties such as AI providers and Canva. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VrtyQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
